Dr. Nikpoor is a highly-trained cardiologist whose clinical interests include clinical cardiology and advanced cardiac imaging techniques. In practice with Signature Healthcare in Brockton, Massachusetts, he serves as Chief of Non-Invasive Cardiology & Medical Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory.
Previously, from 2008 until 2013, he taught echocardiography to cardiology fellows at Tufts Medical Center, where he served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine.
Educated in Iran, Dr. Nikpoor graduated with his medical degree from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences School of Medicine in 1997. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Philosophy degree from McGill University in 2002.
Furthering his training, he performed his residency in internal medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine/Hahnemann University Hospital in 2005, and his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the said establishment in 2008.
Dedicated to the profession of medicine, Dr. Nikpoor is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and the National Board of Echocardiography.
