Before embarking on her professional journey, she graduated from Dunmore High School and pursued a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Biology and Chemistry from Marywood University. Her thirst for knowledge led her to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Clinical Science degrees.

An expert in her field, Dr. Arscott is board-certified in addiction medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM) and also board-certified in neuromuscular medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromuscular Medicine.

Actively engaged in medical leadership, the doctor has served as the President of the Lackawanna County Medical Society Board in 2022 and as a Board of Trustee member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA).
