Back in 1983, Dr. Putnam earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. A year later, in 1984, he completed his internship in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Philadelphia. This was followed by a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1988.
Continuously excelling in his field, the doctor is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS).
