Maisara Rahman, MD, is a board-certified physician providing primary care through the Rancho Family Medical Group. She is Committed to medical education, Dr. Rahman has taught medical students and residents at Loma Linda University and UCR Family Medicine Residency Program. She has received numerous awards for her teaching and continues to lecture on a variety of topics with an emphasis on diabetes-related subjects. She currently is the Associate Program Director of the UHS Family Medicine Program. 

Dr. Rahman is also active in clinical research and has presented and published on numerous medical topics.

Dr. Rahman graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Riverside County Regional Medical Center and became the chief resident. She is board certified in family medicine and is the past-president of the California Academy of Family Physicians for the San Bernardino-Riverside Chapter and currently is the Director of CAFP for District V.
