Get to know Psychiatrist Dr. Thomas C. Winegarden, who serves patients in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

A board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Winegarden is the Medical Director of Stone Creek Psychiatry, an Intensive Outpatient Program in Chanhassen, Minnesota. His clinical interests include bipolar, depression, anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorder and addictions in adults. He has also served at Hazelden Treatment Center since 1994 and serves as staff psychiatrist at Fairview Southdale Hospital.

Stone Creek Psychiatry is a private outpatient mental health clinic made up of independent psychiatrists, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.  Their providers conduct initial diagnostic assessments, prescribe and monitor medications, and help patients make informed decisions regarding their mental health.

Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Winegarden graduated with his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1990, and completed his residency in psychiatry at the same educational venue.

An authority in his field, the doctor is board-certified in psychiatry by the the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
