He was a US Navy Lieutenant Commander, Active Duty Medical Corps from 1996-2000, and was stationed on Guam, and Groton Connecticut during his post training years. Dr. Raffel also has a Masters in Forensic Sciences, and a BA in Speech Pathology and Audiology. His solo medical practice keeps him very busy providing care to all his patients each and every day.
