Dr. Azadi is a board-certified internist who has been serving as the Medical Director of Concord Clinic in Austin, Texas since 2017. She provides care for acute and chronic illnesses from age 18 and above.

With extensive experience in cosmetic and medical dermatology, she is now the Medical Director of Elite Medical  & Longevity Center. There, she offers Concierge medical, aesthetic, wellness and hormone therapy. Her aesthetic services include variety of Botulinum toxins, fillers, advanced laser treatments using Fotona SP Dynamis, Avi Clear for acne, Emerald Laser for fat reduction, threadlift, IV hydration and vitamin therapy, microdermabrasion, IPL photofacial, as well as weight and hormonal management, treatment for migraine headaches, and other wellness services. 

Academically, Dr. Azadi finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in psychology at Indiana University Bloomington in 1993. She then went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1998, after which she completed her postdoctoral training in internal medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in 2001.

Helping patients to achieve peak health and beauty, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
