The Glen Endoscopy Center is a specialty surgery center specifically designed to perform endoscopy procedures (EGD and Colonoscopy) which do not require an overnight stay. After four years enjoying nature and the beauty of Minnesota at Carleton College, Dr. Sable returned to the city of Chicago to obtain her medical degree at Rush Medical College. She continued her clinical and research training at The University of Chicago Hospital & Clinics before working as an Assistant Professor and Attending at Rush. With a special interest in colon cancer education, she worked with Dr. Ernistine Hambrick, one of the first female colorectal surgeons, engaging in television and local education programs.

Distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American College of Physicians, she is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

To boot, she is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons (NBPAS). The NBPAS is committed to providing continuing board certification for both MDs and DOs that reduces physician burden and increases time for patient care, while upholding the highest standards of continuing medical education and lifelong learning.

Believing that patient care is a partnership necessitating compassion and empathy, Dr. Sable strives to educate her patients so that they may participate fully in their own healthcare and the health decision-making process.

Continuing her dedication to education and teaching, she serves as a Clinical Educator at NorthShore University and its affiliated Pritzker School of Medicine.
