    A few days of not being hungry is not as worrisome as not being able to swallow or actually eat. Do you have a fever? Have you just gotten an influenza vaccine?     Protein powders are not all the same. Protein can come in different forms such as animal and plant. Plant protein powders are the best when supplementing an already healthy diet.
