For expert and cutting-edge treatments, his reputation as an innovator attracts women from around the world to The Women’s Centre. Dr. Dulemba always takes time to educate his patients on the therapies they receive so that they understand each step of their journey toward wellness.

He was active in the Texas Medical Association as a former Delegate, he also served on various Boards and Committees such as the Council for Public Health, the Council for Socio Economics, the Perinatal and Maternal Healthcare Committee, and TMA Special Task Force on Teenage Pregnancy Prevention. 

A former helicopter pilot for the United States Army, serving in Vietnam, Dr. Dulemba earned his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at West Penn Hospital.

Subsequent to his training, he attained board certification in obstetrics and gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health. 

Committed to ongoing education, Dr. Dulemba remains an active member of the Endometriosis Association, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the International Society of Gynecologic Endoscopy, ESGE, SERGS, and the Denton County Medical Society (past President).

Holding fellowship status, he is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).

Obstetrics and Gynecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties. An obstetrician-gynecologist, or OB-GYN, is a healthcare professional who specializes in female reproductive health.

With a brilliant career, Dr. Dulemba is a published author and shares his knowledge as a national and international lecturer. He serves as the medical adviser to the Endometriosis Association, and is a peer reviewer for the Endometriosis.org website that is part of the World Endometriosis Society. 

In 2007, he presented the “Sir Alec Turnbull Lecture” on robotics at the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE), where he was named a lifetime member. He also performed live robotic surgery for the inaugural meeting of the British Irish Association of Robotic Gynecologic Surgeons (BIARGS), and became a lifetime member.

As a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Dulemba is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He is often known to enter the operating room dressed in his Steeler attire.

Outside of practicing medicine, he enjoys skiing. His favorite place to vacation is on white sand beaches.
