A 1985 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Dr. Martinez went on to perform his residency in internal medicine at Truman Medical Centers – West. He followed up with a fellowship in nephrology at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

A proud Army veteran, Dr. Martinez worked at the VA Medical Center in Kansas City to give back to veterans.
