Dr. Allen is a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon with Intermountain Health. Namely, he is in practice with Utah Valley Orthopedics and Sports Medicine – North Valley and Utah Valley Orthopedics and Sports Medicine – Lehi.

His hospital affiliations extend to American Fork Hospital (primary hospital), Primary Children’s Hospital, Utah Valley Hospital, and Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital.

A 2011 graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Allen went on to perform his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine from 2011 until 2016.

Continuing his education, he pursued fellowships in sports medicine at Harvard Boston Children’s Hospital and Lake Tahoe Orthopedic Institute.

Further solidifying his commitment to orthopedic surgery, Dr. Allen attained board certification through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) in 2020.
