Nadia Malik, MD, is a radiation oncologist who diagnoses and treats patients at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY. In 2018, she returned from working as a Radiation Oncologist at the American Hospital, Dubai, UAE where she helped lead the first Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) program in the region.
She serves as an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and is passionate about educating medical students, residents, and fellows.
Academically, Dr. Malik graduated with her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She then went on to complete her internship in internal medicine at Loyola University, and her residency in radiation oncology at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in 2012.
She is board-certified through the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The mission of the ABR is to serve patients, the public, and the medical profession by certifying that its diplomates have acquired, demonstrated, and maintained a requisite standard of knowledge, skill, and understanding essential to the safe and competent practice of diagnostic radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.
In addition to having conducted several publications in reputable journals, Dr. Malik is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, American College of Radiation Oncology, and the American Brachytherapy Society.
