Get to know Radiologist Dr. David A. Woodrum, who serves patients in Rochester, Minnesota.

An experienced radiologist, Dr. Woodrum is affiliated with Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. His clinical interests include interventional MRI, body MRI, cryo- and RF ablation, and FUS ablation.

Obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Georgia Southern University in 1994, Dr. Woodrum went on to receive his medical degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1999. He completed his internship and residency in diagnostic radiology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in 2006, before completing a fellowship in interventional radiology at the same educational venue in 2007.

With an unwavering commitment to her specialty, the doctor is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The ABR is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.
