Back in 1995, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayaguez, and went on to graduate with his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1999.

Professionally, Dr. Alejandro is an active member of the Maryland State Dental Association.
