Upon relocating to the United States, she completed her internship at the United Hospital and Medical Center in 1996, and her residency in internal medicine at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 1999.

As a testament of her continued education, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
