  • Post TIA Travel

It should be safe to fly. The flight time from Huntsville to Denver is about 2 to 3 hours and it's a pressurized flight and the alitude in Denver may cause a little shortness of breath for the first 24 hours. Make sure to stay well hydrated and if there are no other undisclosed medical issues you should be fine. Good luck.  Dr F. Sent from AOL on Android READ MORE

  • LS spine MRI results

Sounds like you have a lot going on. See if you can have your primary send you to a Neurosurgeon and Neurologist so that they can coordinate the best approach to your problems. Also consider a vigorous weight loss program.  Good luck.  READ MORE

  • Neuropathy and stroke

No. It's not Normal. Find another Neurologist to do a detailed history and physical examination and the required testing to determine exactly what is going on. Good luck. READ MORE

  • Anxiety induced partial seizures

The episodes you describe are more closely associated with Temporal lobe epilepsy ( auras) than anxiety per se. So your MTLE may have been implicated. Anxiety can be considered but less likely. I hope that those episodes have long ago subsided; If not talk to your Neurologist to assess if you are having some seizures.  Good luck. READ MORE

  • rotated testicle

I'm sorry I can't help you much but to suggest you see your primary or a "U"rologist ( Dr. that deals with the reproductive and urinary system). I'm a "N"eurologist, I deal with the Nervous system. Good luck. Dr. F. Sent from AOL on Android READ MORE

  • Whether I need to go to urgent care,ER, or chiropractor

I suggest if your leg is not better go tothe Emergency room or urgent care center.Good Luck. Dr. F. READ MORE

  • Possible brain damage from medication

I've not seen that happen with Seroquel , Abilify and the switching back and forth, nor has it been documented. I see you also take blood pressure medication. Is your blood pressure under control?, if not that could be a possible cause. While stress is a possibility,  one has to make sure other causes ( such as blood pressure out of control leading to mini strokes, Hypertensive encephalopathy could certainly be a cause. Talk to your doctor(s) and have a detailed history of recent events and examination with further testing  if deemed necessary,  to hopefully reach a better answer for you. Good luck. Dr.F Sent from AOL on Android READ MORE

  • Do I have a Head Injury?

I truly believe you are going to be fine. It sounds like you had no sequelae from your prior trauma at 10. This episode also seems minor with no loss of consciousness and no major loss of function. Other than some mild headaches I don't think you will experience any major problems. Stop blaming yourself for having a little fun. Life is full of predicaments or risks but those that are not majorly risky are what makes it worth living. READ MORE

  • Parkinson's dementia in a 35 year old

I'm not sure what your question is. Looking at your MRI scans of 2012 and 2022 there is apparent atrophy of your brain. Although you can see this with advanced Parkinson's in a person your age there are concerns for other degenerative, dementing problems. I would suggest looking into a  specialized Movement or Memmory disorder center for indepth and detailed evaluation  diagnosis and treatment. https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/parkinsons-disease/youngonset-parkinsons-disease#:~:text=It's%20not%20common%20to%20see,%2Donset%20Parkinson's%2C%20or%20YOPD. • Short term memory loss

Further imaging such as an MRI might be useful in determining if there's white matter involvement. Other testing that might shed information would be an Electroencephalogram to determine any dysfunction in your brain's activity. Talk to your Neurologist about such and if you havent seen one then do so. Good Luck. READ MORE

  • Tremors in all my body

Hello there. Your complaint does not sound like the common essential tremor. You need to have this further evaluated, especially with a history of congenital heart defects; One main concern would be a genetic disorder. Medication side effects are also a consideration but I could not find the two medications ( Aprovasc 300/10 or Aspegic ), Propranolol is used in Essential tremor. I would suggest sitting down with your Neurologist and reevaluating your signs and symptoms and perhaps doing testing such as an MRI of Brain, EEG and possibly genetic testing. Good luck. Dr. F READ MORE

  • Why does my eyes roll in the back of my head and almost fall asleep while having a conversation

  • Headache

You may be experiencing eye strain tension type headaches. Migraine headaches are also a possibility. Highly unlikely due to a brain tumor, but cannot be 100% certain unless you have a scan of your brain. See your PCP  or see a Neurologist. If your headache is there all the time and you experience blurred vision,  weakness or numbness anywhere and or unsteady gait as well as projectile vomiting then go to the Emergency room and get checked out. • mental capacity

Hard to pinpoint exactly what is going on. Possibilities include post Covid/Covid long syndrome, however with your history of insomnia and anxiety you may be manifesting a broader Frontal lobe dysfunction with Depression and OCD intermixed. From reading your message, It looks like your overpreocupation ( OCD ) with your symptomatology has become a vicious cycle.
