How often should a pregnant woman go to the chiropractor?
Hi there, it depends on if you have symptoms requiring Chiropractic care, the severity of them, and how far along you are in your pregnancy. I would be mindful of the hormone changes, ie. Relaxin which helps relax the ligaments and smooth muscles in the pelvic region. It peaks during 8-12 weeks. You can feel different and a bit unstable in your joints which is normal. That doesn't necessarily mean that you are subluxated which is what Chiropractors correct. READ MORE

Why is my lower back pain worse in the morning?
Hi there. Without seeing your x-rays of your low back it is hard to say. I have experience with patients having worse pain in their low back upon arising, then after a hot shower and some daily activity, it seems to feel somewhat better. Oftentimes I see some degree of DJD -degenerative joint disease, aka "wear and tear disease". It is a form of Osteoarthritis where the cartilage within the joints begin to break down and the underlying bone begins to change. Research that and the supplements to take for that, the best time to take them, with or without food. READ MORE

Knee pain?
You might go see your chiropractor or an orthopedic dr and have x-rays taken to evaluate the knee joint. In my humble opinion, a surgeon's job is to possibly do surgery, so I would start with a conservative evaluation first. READ MORE
