Licensed to practice medicine in the states of Texas and Florida, Dr. Jacinthe is a healthcare executive, US Army Medical Officer, and Maritime Certified Physician. 

Blessed to service in both military and private medical settings, he has been serving as a pandemic relief ship physician / cruise ship provider with Aspen Medical USA since July of 2022. 

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Jacinthe graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine in 2003.

Then, from 2003 until 2006, he served his residency in internal medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Morningside/West.

Dr. Jacinthe holds the Pandemic Preparedness Healthcare Certification (PPHC), which identifies healthcare professionals who have shown mastery in knowledge of pandemic preparedness and management by completing a 30 hour online training and passing the certification exam.
