He then began his training with the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine where he completed his internship. Furthering his training he completed his residency with Northwestern Memorial Hospital, VA Medical Center, and UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics. Furthering his training, he completed his fellowship with the University Of Louisville Hospital.
Dr. Webber is certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Patients can be assured that an ABPN board-certified psychiatrist has specialized skills and knowledge to diagnose and treat problems ranging from emergencies to the long-term medical management of psychiatric disorders.
Psychiatrists can order diagnostic laboratory tests, prescribe medications, provide psychotherapy, evaluate and treat psychological and interpersonal problems, and give continuing care for psychiatric problems.
