A 2003 graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of El Salvador, Dr. Flanagan served as the Chief Medical Officer at MD Medical Group from 2013 until 2022.
A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, she is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.
A Basic Life Support Instructor through the American Heart Association, Dr. Flanagan teaches healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
