Since 1997, Dr. Elliott has been providing superior dental care to patients at his private practice – Robert C. Elliott D.D.S., P.C. – in Woodland Park, Colorado. Combining modern technology, non-invasive dental techniques, and his personal care, he takes pride in knowing that every patient receives the individualized attention and quality care that they deserve during each visit. 

With the dedication to excellence and education that each patient wants from an experienced and caring dental team, Dr. Elliott and his staff pride themselves in their reputation as perfectionists and are meticulous about how restorations look and feel to their patients. They take a proactive approach to prevent problems before they start, carefully and skillfully cleaning teeth and examining the mouth at every visit. 

In regards to his educational background, from 1986-1990 Dr. Elliott attended Creighton University for his undergraduate studies in biology. He then graduated from the Creighton University School of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1994. 

Priding himself on his continued pursuit of knowledge and excellence, he attends approximately 200 hours of continuing dental education annually. He also participates in many organizations, thereby allowing him to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, Rio Grande Dental Society, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the International Academy of Gnathology, the Spear Education Dental Study Club, and the Raza Dental Study Club. 

Passionately involved in supporting his community, Dr. Elliott volunteers many hours in helping young and old with their dental needs.  These organizations include Kids In Need of Dentistry, Teller County Help the Needy, and the Children’s International Dental Project. He is the proud recipient of the Teller County Help The Needy Corporate Citizen Award.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

On a more personal note, Dr. Elliott met his wife, Teresa, in Omaha while he was in dental school. They were married in 1994 and have three great kids and three wonderful grandkids. They have successfully worked together at the office since 1997. He is an avid golfer, likes to fish, camp, and brew beer.
