He serves patients at Northeast Orthopedic Sports Clinic and Physical Therapy. Northeast Ortho is a full-service orthopedic care provider serving Northeast Alabama since 1986. Dr. Douthit earned his undergraduate degree from University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Birmingham, AL. He also performed his internship Orthopedic Residency at the University of Alabama Hospital, also in Birmingham. UAB Hospital is a 1,157 bed facility and a Level I trauma center hospital located in the Medical Center District on the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) campus.
