Dr. Frederick Coville, or Dr. Fred, as he is known to his patients, is a native New Yorker born in Brooklyn. He accelerated through school to begin his university studies at the age of 16. Upon receiving his Bachelor’s degree in biology, he went on to complete medical school before his 25th birthday. Working his way through medical school and residency, he pursued his first love – which has always been to become a master in the art of plastic and aesthetic surgery. He spent his post-doctoral training years in New York, which included a Surgical Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, a Burn Fellowship at Nassau County Medical Center, and finally his Plastic Surgery Residency at the prestigious Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. While at Mount Sinai, Dr. Coville served as Chief Resident of the Division of Plastic Surgery and an Associate of the Department of Surgery.
