    Look at the complaints at the web-site for the North-Central Texas BBB to get the real info about NTEA and Dr Regan. They give the info you need before going to NTEA.

    Dr Regan did an unsuccessful root canal on me and after the mediator confirmed the sensitivity, he reneged on the 1/2 price ($2000) refund. He's being investigated by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, and should be avoided.
