A top professional in the field of dentistry, Dr. Campbell is the Founder of Kalkaska Family Dental Center, which he opened in 1994. Since that time, he has built and maintained wonderful patient relationships, priding himself on listening to their needs and recommending the best course of action.
Welcoming patients of all ages, he focuses on preserving and promoting healthy and beautiful smiles through preventative, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. He also has the ability to effectively communicate with his patients to make sure their needs are addressed and their goals are achieved.
Born into a medical family, caring for people is part of Dr. Campbell’s nature. He graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he received first-rate training in all aspects of general dentistry.
In order to stay up to date in his field, he remains an active member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Resort District Dental Society.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
Throughout his line of work, Dr. Campbell has gone on multiple missions to Nicaragua through the Arch Dioceses of Gaylord to carry out dental procedures to those in need. He has also worked with Veterans in need.
In honor of his clinical expertise, he has been the recipient of Patients’ Choice Award (2018, 2016).
Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Campbell enjoys spending time with his wife and family, hiking, biking, and sailing.
