Strongly emphasizing patient education and mapping a comprehensive treatment plan suitable for each patient, Dr. Malhotra specializes in injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Kybella, PRP, and laser procedures for red blood vessels, brown spots, and laser resurfacing.
A 2008 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine, she completed a rigorous internship and residency at the University of Louisville, where she served as chief resident of dermatology in 2008. She then practiced and was on faculty at Northwestern Medicine from 2012 until 2022.
Devoted to her profession, the doctor is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). The ABD is a voluntary, non-profit, private, autonomous organization formed for the primary purpose of protecting the public interest by establishing and maintaining high standards of training, education, and qualifications of physicians rendering care in dermatology.
On a professional level, Dr. Malhotra is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Women’s Dermatologic Society. She has also published 4 peer-reviewed articles and 1 book chapter.
A native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Dr. Malhotra has lived in the Chicagoland area for over ten years and is proud to call it her home. She and her husband enjoy traveling, staying fit, and spending time with their two sons.
