Get to know Radiologist Dr. Anthony G. Notino, who serves patients in multiple locations throughout New York. 

Dr. Notino is a practiced radiologist at Great Lakes Medical Imaging. He serves patients in multiple locations throughout Western New York. 

Great Lakes Medical Imaging (GLMI) is the premier outpatient radiology provider in Western New York. Formerly known as NorthTowns Imaging, Apex Imaging and Northtowns MRI, GLMI is dedicated to providing the highest quality service for patients and their families. The providers offer expertise in nearly every type of imaging, with specialty areas that include: neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, breast imaging, abdominal imaging, and pediatric imaging.

A 1996 graduate of New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Notino performed his internship at St Barnabas Medical Center. This was followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

Subsequent to his education, he attained board certification in diagnostic radiology through the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The ABR is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.

In collaboration with several hospitals and medical centers in his local area, Dr. Notino is affiliated with Buffalo General Medical Center, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, and Erie County Medical Center.

Radiology is a medical specialty that uses medical imaging to diagnose and treat diseases within the human body. Radiologists are medical doctors who specialize in diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases using medical imaging procedures, such as exams and tests, X-rays, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine, mammography, positron emission tomography, and ultrasound.
