With a career spanning over four decades, Dr. Katz is a highly experienced internist. He sees patients for a variety of general medical concerns at WMCHealth Advanced Physician Services in Hawthorne, New York.

In the early days of his academic career, Dr. Katz earned his medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies in 1981. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed his residencies in internal medicine at Elmhurst Hospital Center and The Brooklyn Hospital Center before embarking on his professional journey. 

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists.
