Back in 1962, Dr. Brown obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medicine at the University of Akron. He graduated with his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1966, and completed his residency in anatomic & clinical pathology at the same educational venue in 1970.

Pathology is a branch of medical science that involves the study and diagnosis of disease through the examination of surgically removed organs, tissues, bodily fluids, and in some cases, the whole body.
