Get to know Dentist Dr. Heather L. Stamm, who serves patients in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Stamm, a skilled dentist, is the Founder of Stamm Dental Wellness in Denver, Colorado. For over two decades, she has been helping patients achieve happier, healthier smiles and lives. 

Taking a different approach to dentistry, she and her staff recognize the connections between dental health and overall physical and emotional well-being. To truly do their jobs, they feel they can’t selectively treat some aspects of health and ignore others. That’s why good nutrition, quality sleep, chiropractic care, and wellness training are essential parts of the comprehensive services they provide. 

A firm believer in the power of a smile, it was the power of Dr. Stamm’s own smile that inspired her to become a dentist. After braces restored her bite and enhanced her smile as a child, she was inspired to provide the power of a smile to others. She believes in treating her patients with kindness and respect, and recognizes that it is the little things that make her patients more comfortable about coming to the dentist.

Born in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. Stamm graduated from Arizona State University with a major in nutrition in 1998. She then attended the Creighton University School of Dentistry and graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002.

Since then, she has undergone advanced training in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and more from renowned institutions, including Spear Education, Kois Center, and The Dawson Academy. Her undergraduate educational background in nutrition enables her to look at the broad implications of teeth and have a deeper understanding of the connection teeth and diet have to overall health.

Among her professional dental affiliations, Dr. Stamm is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Metro Denver Dental Society.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.  

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Stamm enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s beautiful outdoors, including snowboarding, cycling, and hiking. She loves gourmet cooking and spending time with her husband, Eric, and their two kids.
