The doctor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Holding fellowship status, Dr. Hegarty is a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice and a Fellow of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Licensed to practice medicine in Georgia, he is affiliated with Memorial Health University Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital-Savannah, and Candler Hospital.
