  • Red Flag: Don't Chew Ice

Many people will start chewing ice after finishing a cool drink. It may seem like a good idea, with that nice crunchy feeling and cracking sound, especially on a hot, humid day. The treatment will last until the teeth are in there proper position. That is accomplished with a series of clear plastic trays called aligners that are worn usually for two weeks at a time.
