    The answer definitely depends on what type of problem that you have. Upper thigh issues can be a few different things depending on where in the upper thigh that you're talking about. If it's a hernia, not so much. Most chiropractors would be able to help with something caused from the low back. Some chiropractors would be able to help if it is a strained muscle from running. I recommend getting evaluated by someone who is qualified like a chiropractor with a specialty in sports medicine.
