A seasoned internist, Dr. Sealy serves as the Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education (GME) and the ACGME Designated Institutional Official (DIO) for Howard University Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor at the Howard University College of Medicine.

Over the course of its 145-year history of providing the finest primary, secondary and tertiary health care services, Howard University Hospital has become one of the most comprehensive health care facilities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and designated a DC Level 1 Trauma Center. Beginning his professional pursuits at the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medical Sciences in Kingston, Jamaica, Dr. Sealy went on to further his training by completing a residency in internal medicine at Howard University Hospital.

As a testament to his success, the doctor has been recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
