What do you attribute your success to?
- First, to the way her parents raised her. They taught her about perserverence in life and to have clear goals. Dr. George was the youngest doctor in her country, entering medical school at the age of 16 and graduatin with her MD at 22. Second, to the loving support of her amazing husband. He understands the sacrifices she's made as a doctor and has whole heartedly supported her throughout their 31 year marriage. She has always wanted to make sure she was a positive role model to her two children. Thirdly, she attribute the Lord and His guidance. He has led her on this path and she is grateful.
Areas of research
- She completed an internal medicine residency and became board certified as an internist. Dr. George practiced medicine for more than 10 years in Egypt before moving to the United States in 1997.
