How do you prepare for a nose job? 1) First, find a surgeon who can go over your problems and desired results. Have the surgeon review anatomy, surgical options, and expected realistic results. 2) If you have scheduled a surgery, stop all blood thinners prior to surgery. Stop aspirin, ibuprofen, and other NSAIDs 2 weeks prior to surgery. 3) Review any supplements that you may take for potential bleeding risk. 4) Look over your calendar.
