A seasoned interventional cardiologist, Dr. Foley works with patients at the Ballad CVA Heart Institute at Bristol Regional Medical Center. With over 10 years of experience in the field, he is dedicated to providing top-notch care to his patients with a focus on valvular heart disease, interventional cardiology, cardiac catheterization, pacemaker implantation, and minimally invasive cardiac surgery.

Educated in the United States, he received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and has since pursued extensive training to become a leading expert in his field. His educational background includes a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, completed in 2013, as well as a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease from the same institution, finished in 2011. Prior to his fellowships, Dr. Foley completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine from 2005 to 2007.
