Dr. Napoli is a board-certified neurologist who specializes in multiple sclerosis, as well as general neurology. He is the Medical Director of the Neurology Center of New England in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The Neurology Center of New England is a comprehensive neurological care center devoted to the diagnosis, care, and management of patients with neurological diseases and syndromes. The Center strives to provide up-to-date neurological treatment so that patients can stay within their own communities while receiving the best care available.
Dr. Napoli earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in biology and Italian studies at Siena College in Loudonville, New York and the American University in Rome. He then went on to graduate with his Medical Degree from Albany Medical College, followed by his residency in neurology at Albany Medical Center. He also completed his fellowship in multiple sclerosis/neuroimmunology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2003, followed by his fellowship in EMG/neurophysiology at the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in 2007.
Dr. Napoli is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists.
Dr. Napoli was an Instructor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School and received the prestigious Sylvia Lawry Fellowship from the National MS Society. He was also on staff in the Neurology Department of Brigham and Women’s Hospital from 2006 through 2008.
Dr. Napoli believes that all patients should be treated as if they were members of one’s own family. He hopes to integrate both medical and non-medical treatments to the care of those with chronic neurologic illnesses.
