Get to know Dermatologist Peter Niebyl, who serves patients in Easton, Maryland.

An experienced dermatologist, Dr. Niebyl works with patients at Anne Arundel Dermatology in Easton, Maryland. 

He practices general medical dermatology and surgical dermatology for benign and malignant skin lesions. He also offers cosmetic procedures such as Botox for frown lines and crow’s feet, Juvederm for fine lines, prune lips, and smile lines, as well as intense pulsed light therapy for broken blood vessels on the face.

Anne Arundel Dermatology was established 40 years ago by Dr. Robert Handwerger as a solo dermatology practice in Annapolis. Throughout the years, it has become one of the premier full-service dermatology practices in Maryland. Their skilled clinicians and modern clinical offices deliver a full suite of cosmetic laser and skin care services and products, as well as dedicated in-house Mohs surgery and pathology laboratory services.

Licensed to practice medicine in Maryland and New York, Dr. Niebyl is also affiliated with the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center, seeing patients at their Easton and Chestertown locations.

Regarding his educational background, Dr. Niebyl is a Harvard graduate, Magna Cum Laude. He earned his medical degree at McGill University Faculty of Medicine, completed his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Yale University, and performed his residency in dermatology at Johns Hopkins University.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the doctor is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). The ABD is a voluntary, non-profit, private, autonomous organization formed for the primary purpose of protecting the public interest by establishing and maintaining high standards of training, education, and qualifications of physicians rendering care in dermatology.
