He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago, going on to complete his fellowship in cardiology at the same institution.
Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the doctor is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
