  • How to build up lungs/breathing?

Dear build up breathing You did not fail the stress test but exercised poorly because of SOB (you are not a sob) shortness of breath- (that was a joke) The most common cause of SOB is poor physical conditioning however many medical conditions can also cause SOB such as CHF (congestive heart failure) CAD (coronary artery disease) or simply anemia READ MORE

  • What is a interatrial communication?

As a fetus there is a communication between the L. and R atrium which closes and seals shortly after birth. At times is doesn’t seal but remains closed because the L. sided pressure is higher than the R. side pressure. Valsava increases R sided pressure and may as in your case briefly open that connection. It’s not dangerous, no need to worry. Best wishes READ MORE
