Terrible!! I've been seeing doctor Jeffery for 2 years and he has still yet to figure out the medication that helps me when I tell him that I'm having a bad side effect or the meds aren't working he gets mad and is very rude. When I explain what's going on he cuts me off and won't even listen to me and rolls his eyes and has even tried to medicate me with over the counter supplements from walmart. This has been going on since my 2nd visit in 2015 when I told him the meds are not working and I am having bad side effects he gets mad and has an attitude. I also have had 4 or 5 counselors in 2 years because if the high turn over When doctor Jeffery goes on vacation he doesn't leave prescription with the nurses so I have had to go a week a couple different times non medicated. The front office lady on many of occasions will call me when I'm almost at The office for my appointment and tell me I have to reschedule because doctor Jeffery is out sick and my appointment was at 11:00 She knew all morning he wasn't there and I live 35 minutes away. I showed up one day for my counselor appointment and when I got there I was told my counselor quit and I was told to talk to this other lady come to find out she was not even a counselor and was either a program director or an HR lady is what she said and started questioning my diagnosis and asked me 4 or 5 times do I really need my meds because she said i would be a lot better off trying to live a normal life. I have bi-polar disorder no I can't live a normal life and I need my meds and I never met this lady till that day so I asked myself don't I have patient rights or patient confindallty to not see this lady that I've never met that's not even a counselor. This place is a disaster and I have no idea how there in bussiness. After 2 years of all this going on I'm done and will go find some where else I'm on disability and have Medicare so hopefully I can find a doctor that cares for there patients and knows what there doing.
