Get to know Family Physician Dr. Ian R. Levenson, who serves patients in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

The Medical Director and proud Founder of The Colorado Center for Health and Longevity, Dr. Levenson is an experienced family physician who has an extensive background in prevention, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine. Located in Greenwood Village, The Colorado Center for Health and Longevity is a state-of-the-art facility that offers advanced procedures for a wide range of concerns and conditions. There, Dr. Levenson and his staff are dedicated to providing personalized medical and aesthetic care that caters to each patient’s needs and goals. Dr. Levenson focuses on preventive medicine, noninvasive sexual enhancement options, and nonsurgical cosmetic treatments that produce natural-looking results while revitalizing the youthful appearance and energy of his patients. As a part of his commitment to his patients, he seeks out the newest treatments for medical conditions and ways to prevent problems by improving his patients’ health. This means training with some of the top physicians in the world, including Dr. Zein Obagi, Dr. Richard Gains, Dr. Charles Runels, and Dr. Gino Tutera.

Dr. Levenson harnesses the rejuvenating properties of PRP for cosmetic treatments like the Vampire Facial, the Vampire Facelift, the Vampire Breast Lift, Vampire Hair Restoration, and the Vampire Wing Lift. To help patients avoid the physical signs and issues of aging, he offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for men and women. Additionally, he performs injectable wrinkle treatments with some of the most popular brands (BOTOX, Dysport, Juvéderm, and Restylane) to restore a naturally youthful appearance by reducing facial lines and adding volume.

Dr. Levenson earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Kirksville, Missouri. After this, Dr. Levenson completed a three-year internship and residency in family practice at the Botsford Medical Center in Farmington Hills, Michigan. 

Dr. Levenson is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (FACOFP). He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Colorado Medical Society. Furthermore, he is President of the Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine and the Colorado ACOFP State Society. 

Dr. Levenson has been honored with several awards throughout his line of work, including Compassionate Doctor Recognition, Family Physician of the Year by the Colorado chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Patients’ Choice Award, and more. 

Family medicine, formerly family practice, is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for all adults; the specialist is called a family physician or family doctor. Family physicians are often the first person whom a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility. 

In his spare time, Dr. Levenson enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. To make sure he is a good example of healthy living for his patients, he remains dedicated to staying fit. And, with the great weather in Colorado, he is able to stay active with outdoor sports such as golfing, skiing, and cycling.
