My son, Carson Andrew Hagood is a new patient. Carson does NOT have any history or diagnosis of Epilepsy. Please explain Why Carson is being tested for Epilepsy. Carson DOES have a history of Tremors created by mild Tourette Syndrome and Aspegers which is on the Autism spectrum. This is a Correct diagnosis by Neuro-psychiatrist John Tom Kowiak, SIU/Roseland Chicago & DR. Howard Segal. The tremors were full body as a child, but decreased as Carson aged. All these records are in Carson's medical records which were given to Hickory Point Terrace and Maupinn prior to his admission. I do agree with placing Carson on TOPOMAX. His extreme weight gain has been a great deterent to his health Thank you. Linda Hagood , parent 2179718088 September 26, 2021
