Board certified emergency physician, Dr. Otilia DeJesus, MD, FACEP, can be found on staff at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise in emergency medicine. 

In addition to her role at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, Dr. DeJesus is affiliated with HCA Florida Atlantic Emergency and HCA Florida Middleburg Emergency, further expanding her reach within the medical community.

Her journey towards becoming a prominent emergency physician began with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Manhattan College in 1993. Building on her strong foundation in the sciences, she pursued her Medical Degree from the esteemed Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1999. Following her graduation, Dr. DeJesus dedicated four years to her residency in emergency medicine at the prestigious Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2003, solidifying her expertise in the field.

As a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP) and board certified in emergency medicine, Dr. DeJesus upholds the highest standards of care and professionalism in her practice. Her commitment to excellence and patient-centered care has earned her the respect and admiration of both her colleagues and patients.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. DeJesus is known for her ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
