Welcoming New Patients to Her State-of-the-Art Facility

A renowned obstetrician-gynecologist with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Morganelli is in practice at The Center for Gynecological Care, located in the heart of Stamford, Connecticut. She is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to providing exceptional gynecological care in a welcoming environment.

At The Center for Gynecological Care, Dr. Morganelli offers a wide range of services, including routine gynecological exams, management of cervical dysplasia, contraception, hormone therapy and menopause, pelvic pain, ultrasonography and other specialized treatments. Her goal is to empower women through education and support, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Morganelli has a distinguished academic background. She attended Trinity College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, graduating with honors in 1997. During her time there, she completed a research internship in the Department of Infectious Disease at Hartford Hospital, resulting in a published paper on Group B Streptococcal Bacteremia. Furthermore, her senior thesis earned publication in the journal Pigment Cell Research, showcasing her dedication to scientific inquiry and excellence.

Subsequently, she pursued her medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine, graduating in 2002, before completing her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Stamford Hospital, Columbia University, finishing her training in 2006. Since then, she has established a successful private practice in Stamford, where she has built a reputation for her patient-centered approach and clinical expertise.

Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Morganelli is a proud member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is affiliated with Stamford Hospital, where she provides high-quality care to her patients. Her commitment to excellence in medicine has earned her recognition in the top 5% of America’s Most Honored Doctors by the American Registry.

In addition to her numerous accolades, she was recently honored as a 2024 Top Doctor by Connecticut Magazine and a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2024, reflecting her dedication and contributions to the field of women's health.
