Using a mouthwash everyday is ok if your using an alcohol free MW, which are harder to find. The toothpaste and mouthwash I have used for almost 30 yrs is Oxyfresh and you can buy it on Amazon. It's more expensive but very concentrated so use about 1/3 the amount you would normally. It is a true breath deodorizer by using chlorine dioxide not just a perfume/flavoring in alcohol. Yes it is but it is the easiest color to bleach. Don't waste your time on "whitening toothpaste" initially. Get a dentist to do your bleaching then use your whitening TP to help keep your teeth white READ MORE
