Get to know Prosthodontist Dr. Harry E. Rosenstein, who serves patients in Guilderland, New York.

Dr. Rosenstein is a devoted prosthodontist who is dedicated to helping his patients achieve the best smiles possible through optimal prosthodontic care. He finds great joy in seeing his patients smile with confidence once again, which he believes is the ultimate goal of being a prosthodontist.

Educated in the United States, he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. He then completed a postdoctoral specialty program in prosthodontics at Eastman Dental Center/University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, where he gained extensive knowledge and expertise in his field. He also underwent a residency in maxillofacial prosthetics at the University of Chicago Medical Center, which further honed his skills.

Widely recognized as an expert in his field, Dr. Rosenstein is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American College of Prosthodontists (as an associate), the American Academy of Osseointegration, the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry, is the area of dentistry that focuses on dental prostheses. Prosthodontists specialize in replacing missing teeth and associated oral structures by determining the type of dental prostheses required, having customized dental prostheses manufactured, and fitting them in patients’ mouths. They also treat temporomandibular disorders and various issues associated with damaged and problematic teeth.

Among his most notable achievements, Dr. Rosenstein has been the recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award (2018, 2017).

Beyond his professional achievements, he enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active through hiking, biking, and cross country skiing.
