Brett Miles, MD, DDS, FACS, is the Vice Chair of otolaryngology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center at Northwell Health in New York. 

A Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Miles is a dual board certified, fellowship trained head and neck oncologist and microvascular surgeon. 

  

A recognized expert in the field of head and neck oncology, microvascular reconstructive surgery, and robotic surgery, Dr. Miles has lectured both nationally and internationally, and published extensively in peer-reviewed literature. He has served as principal investigator and co-investigator on numerous funded studies and interventional clinical trials related to oncology, robotic and reconstructive surgery.
